Why We Do What We Do

The skills of trapping, hunting, butchering, and food processing were once common knowledge, passed down through generations. Today, most of us are disconnected from these practical arts.

By sharing what we know, we help rebuild that connection — to our food, to tradition, and to each other. Whether you’re a landowner dealing with pigs on your property or simply someone interested in learning, you’re welcome to join us.
