Our Method

We aim for efficiency

The Pig Brig Trap System

We use the Pig Brig — a passive net trap system that represents the most effective approach to wild pig management available today.

Unlike traditional gate traps, the Pig Brig works with the pig’s natural rooting instinct. The net design feels like brush on their backs, encouraging them to root underneath to reach the bait. Once inside, they settle in to feed — calm and unaware they’ve been caught.

Alternative Approaches

We deploy other forms of traps as needed.

Box Trap

When locations and pig pathways are in smaller areas.

Snares

When dealing with dense forest and jungle edges.

Quiet, Humane Dispatch

Once pigs are captured, they are dispatched using high-powered air rifles. This method is:

  • Nearly silent — no gunshot disturbance to neighbors or livestock
  • Immediate and humane — minimal stress to the animal
  • Safe — appropriate for use in residential and agricultural settings
  • Effective — precision tools handled by experienced operators

Nothing Wasted

Our commitment extends beyond removal. Every pig dispatched is fully processed and utilized by Boars Club.

This isn’t just about waste reduction — it’s about maintaining a respectful relationship with the animals and the land.
